FAMSOFT CORPORATION SUCCESSFULLY UPGRADES ORACLE APPLICATIONS FOR SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (SAUSD)

FAMSOFT Corporation is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the technical upgrade of Oracle Applications 11.5.5 at Santa Ana Unified School District to the latest release 11.5.10. Santa Ana Unified School District is a vibrant and diverse community of over 60,000 students and staff members in a Southern California county with the eleventh largest economy in the world!

The Santa Ana Unified School District employs the complete suite of all financials and distribution modules of Oracle ERP and has over 2,000 application users. “It was quite a challenge to upgrade the Oracle Applications to the latest version 11.5.10 especially due to the release being fairly new coupled with the fact that the school district operates on a Windows platform,” said Fahim Rahman, Managing Partner of FamSoft. “Thorough planning and a sound upgrade methodology along with experienced FamSoft resources at work ensured a successful upgrade with a minimum downtime.
